This is a founding seat with full authority, meaningful equity and a modern lab with dedicated technical staff.
What this includes:
• Meaningful equity ownership in the ventures you help create

This role is designed for a PhD-trained scientist at a career inflection point, someone ready to trade the conventional path for real ownership and long-horizon therapeutic impact.
The commitment is 5-10 years. The upside is founder-level.

Part-Time CFO (Licensing & Biotech Structuring)

Strategic finance lead to structure IP licensing deals, build NewCo models, and set ventures up for spinout success.
